My name is Biddy. I have been meaning to send you this mail since I spoke to you at your showstand at the Cape Town Convention Centre. I had told you how I had stopped using ProBac's products as the mixing process was just too tiresome. As we chatted about ProBacs improvements in packaging etc I told you about my cat that had had diarrhoea on the back seat of my car and had weed on my mattress!! I had tried everything but could not get the smell out of the material! You told me about your stain and odour product.

Well it is the most fantastic product I have ever come across. So thank you!!!!

I now drive in a fresh smelling car once again!

I would also just like to say how much I like your products. I have two
little boys and three dogs who roam the house. My youngest boy (3yrs) is
now being potty trained and unfortunately he still has accidents every
now and again. This leads to our male dog "marking" the house. I have
tried a number of products but the last two months used your Outdoor
product to wash the floors weekly, as well as spot cleaning after
"accidents". My son still has accidents every now and again, but our
male dog has stopped marking! I think it is because of the good bacteria
that work after the spot has been cleaned.

I also started using your laundry spot cleaner when washing my husband's
gym clothes, as well as his pillow cases, because he sweats a lot. It
has always been a problem, but not any more. No more smells after being
laundered.

I am using your products right through the house now and can see and
smell the difference. I am really impressed.
