My name is Biddy. I have been meaning to send you this mail since I spoke to you at your showstand at the Cape Town Convention Centre. I had told you how I had stopped using ProBac’s products as the mixing process was just too tiresome. As we chatted about ProBacs improvements in packaging etc I told you about my cat that had had diarrhoea on the back seat of my car and had weed on my mattress!! I had tried everything but could not get the smell out of the material! You told me about your stain and odour product.
